Welcome to Boier Timepieces. By accessing or using our website boiertimepiece.co (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quenora Lane, the legal entity that owns and operates Boier Timepieces.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion for any reason at any time, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without our express written permission.

2. Multi-Currency, Pricing, and Taxes

Currencies: Prices are dynamically displayed and processed in your local currency (USD, CAD, GBP, AUD, or NZD) through our payment providers, based on your shipping location.

Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

Taxes & Duties: Where applicable, taxes are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.

Product Representation: Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colors, finishes, and details accurately, actual products may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, lighting, or manufacturing variations.

3. Order Acceptance and Payment Security

Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card information.

Order Verification: Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for reasons including payment verification, suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock availability, or compliance with applicable laws. If your payment has already been processed, any cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Geographic Scope: We currently ship to multiple international destinations as listed during checkout.

Shipping Terms: Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Boier Timepieces is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather events, courier disruptions, strikes, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws. Where applicable, shipments may be insured during transit.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Statutory Consumer Rights

Return Window: We offer a 45-day return period from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable in your country or province of residence.

6. 24-Month Limited Warranty

All Boier Timepieces watches are covered by a 24-month limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

What is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the internal movement, hands, and dial under normal use.

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, impacts, or improper handling.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading, or cosmetic damage.
Water damage resulting from improper use or use beyond the product's stated water-resistance rating.
Theft or loss.
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on this Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, product photography, videos, website design, layouts, software, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Quenora Lane for use by Boier Timepieces and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quenora Lane, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, or representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of this Site or our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
