At Boier Timepieces, we take great care to ensure that every order is processed securely and delivered as efficiently as possible. Below you will find important information regarding our shipping methods, delivery estimates, customs responsibilities, and order tracking.
1. Shipping Rates & Currencies
To provide a seamless checkout experience, shipping rates are calculated and charged in your local currency during checkout.

2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The delivery estimates below are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, severe weather, carrier delays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Every shipment includes end-to-end tracking.
You can track your order by:
- Using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email;
- Visiting the Track Your Order page on our website;
- Contacting our customer support team at support@boiertimepiece.com.
5. Insured Shipping
All Boier Timepieces shipments are fully insured at no additional cost.
If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer laws:
- Ship a replacement product; or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Because we ship internationally, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by your destination country.
These charges:
- Are determined solely by your local customs authorities;
- Are not collected or controlled by Boier Timepieces;
- Are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, or other fees incurred, where permitted by applicable law.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
To help prevent fraud and comply with payment security requirements, we may not be able to modify the shipping address after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
